Pricing and Payment Policy | Kod Logic

1. Introduction

At Kod Logic, we aim to provide transparent and competitive pricing for our high-quality web design, development, and digital marketing services. This Pricing and Payment Policy outlines our pricing structure, payment terms, and procedures.

2. Pricing Structure

a. Service Packages
We offer various service packages tailored to meet different client needs. Each package is priced based on the scope, complexity, and specific features included. Custom pricing is available for bespoke projects that fall outside our standard packages

b. Project Quotes
For custom projects, we provide a detailed quote after understanding the client’s requirements. The quote will include a breakdown of costs, covering design, development, testing, and any additional services requested.

3. Payment Terms

a. Deposit Requirement
To initiate the project, a deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required. This payment confirms your commitment to the project and allows us to allocate resources to begin the work.

b. Progress Payments
For larger projects, payments may be divided into multiple installments. These progress payments are tied to specific project milestones, with each installment due upon completion of the corresponding milestone. This ensures that the project moves forward smoothly while maintaining financial transparency.

c. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final handover of deliverables. The final payment must be received before the website or digital assets are transferred to the client.

4. Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfers, Debit Cards, Western Union, UPT or any other pre-agreed payment methods.

Payment Deadlines: All invoices are due within 14 days of the issue date unless otherwise agreed.

Payment details and instructions will be provided upon confirmation of the project.

5. Late Payments

Late payments may incur additional fees. A late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance will be charged if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date. Continued delays in payment may result in the suspension of services until the balance is settled.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

a. Cancellation by Client
If the client wishes to cancel the project after it has commenced, they must provide written notice. The deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. Any additional work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

b. Cancellation by Kod Logic
Kod Logic reserves the right to cancel the project in the event of non-payment or breach of agreement by the client. In such cases, the client will be notified in writing, and any outstanding payments will remain due.

7. Additional Costs

Any additional work or changes requested by the client that fall outside the agreed project scope will be subject to additional charges. These changes will be documented, and a revised quote or invoice will be provided for client approval before proceeding.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a payment dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly to discuss the matter. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive working relationship.

9. Price Adjustments

Right to Modify Pricing: Kod Logic reserves the right to adjust the prices of our packages or services at any time.

Clients will be notified of any price changes before they take effect, but previously agreed-upon prices will remain valid for ongoing contracts.
